Our human body consists of 60 percentage of fluid parts and are mainly occupied by blood. Preparation of Mixture

  • Firstly, take 1 liter of water in a water-bottle or your special drinking container.
  • Add 4-5 pieces of cucumber. Cucumber acts as best source of energy and mineral provider. It also helps in detoxification.
  • Next, add 3-4 slices of lemon into the mixture. Lemon is the best antioxidant and rich energy source and it can remove unwanted materials from our body.
  • Then, add few chopped pieces of coriander leaves. It acts as best detoxifier. It can remove any metal substances from the fluid part of our body.
  • Add a few cut pieces of ginger in the mixture, and shake well the mixture. Ginger has high potential in cleaning toxic substances from our blood. 


Keep the above mixture in the separate vessel for overnight and transfer it your pet bottles or drinking canes. 

For better effect, the above filtered mixture can be consumed after half-an-hour of the exercise or workout or a few hours walk.
